Frequently Asked Questions
Bookings can be made over the phone, via email or online using our bookings portal. Please note that bookings are essential.
Group classes run for 45 minutes. Private and Semi-Private sessions run for 60 minutes.
A bottle of water, a small towel and non-slip socks (socks available for purchase at the studio). Please note that towels and socks are compulsory for hygiene reasons.
Members are required to provide a minimum of 8 hours notice prior to class commencement should they wish to cancel their booking. Members will forfeit their class and be charged for the class if they do not show up without giving the required notice. Members that do not show for a booked session without contacting the studio in any way will be charged an additional $10 No Show fee on top of their session fee.
If you are new to the studio, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class commencement. This will allow you to complete the new client form, meet your instructor and go through some basic fundamentals used in our classes. Existing members please arrive 5 minutes before your class.
We ask members to please respect our instructors and other members of the studio by arriving to your class on time and only booking classes that you are able to attend.
If you are late for your class, you may not be able to participate and will need to reschedule your booking.
Group classes are general fitness classes and although our trained instructors can cater for minor conditions, it does not cater to more serious injuries. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please contact our studio so that we can discuss suitable class options.
Members are encouraged to attend a minimum of 1 -2 classes per week to gain the full benefits from Pilates.
Members can sign up for our direct debit services by contacting the studio. We will process your direct debit request and email you the online debit form to complete. Direct debit are processed on a Tuesday. There are no minimum sign up periods or lock-in contracts.
Changeroom facilities are available for members.
Unfortunately, we do not have a creche or childminding services available at the studio.
If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend you complete a minimum of two Pre-Pilates classes before joining the group reformer classes.
