8 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED
A friendly reminder that our cancellation policy has been reinstated.
Members are required to provide a minimum of 8 hours notice prior to class commencement should they wish to cancel their class.
Members will forfeit their lesson and be charged if they do not show up without giving the required notice.
Cancellation Policy for Recurring Bookings
Members who have a recurring booking that miss their class two weeks in a row without giving notice will automatically have their recurring booking cancelled and the spot will be available to other members.
Members can cancel their class over the phone, via email or online using our bookings portal.
